Status on 22 October 2026
All five men's Monuments of 2026 are finished. The women's calendar had editions of four of them; there was no women's Il Lombardia on the 2026 UCI Women's WorldTour calendar (Wikipedia, secondary).

Milan-San Remo, 21 March 2026
Men: Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates XRG) won in 6h 35' 49", beating Tom Pidcock (Great Britain) in a two-man sprint on the Via Roma by a tiny margin; Wout van Aert was third, 4 seconds back (cyclingstage.com; tour-magazin.de). Cyclingstage.com describes how it was won: Pogacar crashed on the approach to the Cipressa, attacked on that climb, then dropped Mathieu van der Poel on the Poggio, with only Pidcock able to follow.
Women (Milano-Sanremo Donne): Lotte Kopecky won a sprint of five riders in 3h 47' 17", ahead of Noemi Rueegg (Switzerland) and Eleonora Gasparrini (Italy) (cyclingstage.com; Wikipedia).
Tour of Flanders, 5 April 2026
Men, not confirmed on a results page we read: Wikipedia (secondary), as shown in search results, gives Pogacar the win in 6h 20' 07", his third Tour of Flanders and enough to equal the record number of wins. It has Van der Poel second at 34 seconds, his seventh podium in a row, and Remco Evenepoel third at 1' 11" on his first Flanders. A FloBikes results page appeared in the same search but we did not confirm these figures on it.
Women: Demi Vollering (FDJ United-Suez) won alone after attacking on the Oude Kwaremont with 18 km left. Pauline Ferrand-Prevot was second and Puck Pieterse third (Wikipedia, secondary).
Paris-Roubaix, 12 April 2026
Men: Wout van Aert (Visma-Lease a Bike) won in 5:16:52, outsprinting Pogacar, who was given the same time. Jasper Stuyven (Soudal Quick-Step) was third at 13 seconds, with Mathieu van der Poel fourth and Christophe Laporte fifth at 15 seconds (FloBikes results).
Women (Paris-Roubaix Femmes): Franziska Koch (Germany, FDJ United-Suez) won in 3:30:16, ahead of Marianne Vos on the same time and Pauline Ferrand-Prevot at 6 seconds (FloBikes results).
Liege-Bastogne-Liege, 26 April 2026
Men (112th edition): Pogacar won in 5:50:28, his fourth Liege and his third in a row. Paul Seixas (France) was second at 45 seconds and Evenepoel third at 1' 42", with Emiel Verstrynge and Egan Bernal fourth and fifth on Evenepoel's time. One more win would equal Eddy Merckx's record for the race (cyclingstage.com; Wikipedia).
Women (10th edition), not confirmed on a page we read: Wikipedia, as shown in search results, says Vollering won alone after attacking on La Redoute, in 4h 10' 22" and 1' 29" clear, for her third Liege title, with Pieterse second and Katarzyna Niewiadoma-Phinney third. A Rouleur report on both races refused our request.
Il Lombardia, 10 October 2026
The 120th edition ran 239 km from Bergamo to Como. Paul Seixas (Decathlon CMA CGM), aged 20, attacked on the Civiglio and won alone. Tour-magazin.de and Brujulabike report that he is the youngest winner in the race's history, younger than Giovanni Gerbi, who won the first edition in 1905, and the first French winner since Thibaut Pinot in 2018. Enric Mas (Movistar) was second at 48 seconds and Giulio Ciccone (Lidl-Trek) third at 1' 05".
Fourth and fifth are not settled. A search summary of Brujulabike gives Tom Pidcock and Evenepoel; tour-magazin.de describes Evenepoel winning the sprint of the chasing group ahead of Brandon McNulty, but its results table was still empty when read. We leave those two places open.
Pogacar, who had won the previous five editions, did not start (tour-magazin.de). Reports linked his absence to his crash on stage 8 of the Vuelta, but we could not confirm the reason.
Pogacar's and Vollering's spring
On these results, Pogacar won three of the four spring Monuments he rode in 2026 (Milan-San Remo, Liege and, per Wikipedia, Flanders) and was second at Roubaix. Vollering won the women's Flanders and, per Wikipedia, Liege; Wikipedia's season page also lists her wins at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and La Fleche Wallonne, which are on rankings and the WorldTour.
The rules for one-day races
UCI Regulations Part 2, Road Races (version on 1 July 2025), leaves the distance of men's UCI WorldTour one-day races to the Professional Cycling Council and caps women's WorldTour one-day races at 160 km (article 2.3.002). Article 2.2.003 sets seven riders per team in men's WorldTour races other than Grand Tours and six in women's one-day races. Part 2 has been amended since that version, and the later changes were not read. How one-day racing works is on road races explained.
